Video chat with LAN

Hi,

Is there any way to have a video chat (1 to 1 or conference) over LAN?
If so what program can i use?

Would appreciate any help.

for the ones who are interested, i found solution after a lot of searching and trying (installed about 20 programs)

I installed teamviewer to try out some shit, turns out it's able to work over a LAN (so no internet) and it has a video and audio option. with perfect refresh rate etc. So in short: great!
