Where is the Outland cliff texture?

No nvm about Outland, rather, I changed the tileset to barrens and redid all to barrens cause at least it has the cliff which is B_Cliff1.blp. Now why when I made a custom modified texture it still shows the barrens texture, not my custom one? Yes in barrens I import: ReplaceableTextures\Cliff\B_Cliff1.blp
