Where to find Exclamation-mark?

Wondering how can I set up an Exclamation-mark above unit for RP style game?

Is it done some where in trigger option or picked up as an object at units/buildings/items panel and then set up above NPC?

The model and also be found under "Model => Extra => Exclamation Mark" within the object editor.

You can save the special effect into a variable. Then if the quest is completed, destroy the special effect.
