I made this guide for people who are about about level 75 on World of Warcraft who need to level their skinning proffession as quickly as possible.
Basically, it is many dungeons that are fairly close together in level.
It can help you with skinning if you pull the whole dungeon and AoE them down quickly, loot, skin, rinse and repeat.
On some level ranges there will be no dungeons available to skin on, so I have included areas that are mainly beasts.
If I have made a mistake, or have made a bit that is unefficient then I will fix A.S.A.P.
I have also fine-tuned it to try and minimize the distance between targets.
I have made this guide for Alliance (As I am Alliance) although it would be easier to do as a Horde.

0 - 30 SL - Mulgore [Teldrassil]
30 - 60 SL - Barrens [Darkshore]
<You may want to fly to a major city and learn Journeyman Skinning before moving on to Wailing Caverns>
60 - 100 SL - Wailing Caverns (Barrens)
100 - 200 SL - Razorfen Kraul
200 - 250 SL - Feralas [Tanaris]
250 - 300 SL - Sunken Temple Dragonkin, Zul'Gurub [Un'Goro Crater, Winterspring]
300 - 325 SL - Hellfire Peninsula (Helboars)
325 - 350 SL - Nagrand (Talbuks, Mammoths, etc.)
350 - 375 SL - Shadowmoon Valley or Blades Edge Mountains
375 - 400 SL - Northrend (Some good mobs (Though skinning should be quite easy to level at this stage) are Stags, Worgs, Bears in Howling Fjord.)
