[Maapik]

I have go a new PC so,now meand my brother don't share the same PC.In my brother PC,there is Wow
So,I use LAN to copy Wow from his PC to mine (I don't think should be illegal thorought we already have wow o.o)

There is an error in there that says not enough storage space to process the command... but that can mean a lot of things. Seems like it's running out of memory but as long as your computer meets the minimum spec that shouldn't be happening.
Instead of troubleshooting this, why not just log in to Account Management and download the game from there? Then it will do a proper installation. You don't need the DVDs.

Do you still have the disks? What with your slow internet I'm assuming you bought disks and didn't do the online DL. Just use those.

You can try deleting WoW's config.wtf file and it will reset the game's settings (maybe something from the other computer doesn't work on your computer)

Have you tried the Repair.exe file in the main World of Warcraft folder? I've had problems with crashes before (mainlly at startup, between the Downloader and the login screen) and running the Repair Utility has always fixed it.

You might want to back up your Addons folder though, incase repairing would modify any of your addon settings

You need to patch it then, perhaps you're missing a patch? If that doesn't fix it, you're going to have to install it from the downloads or get your hands on some DvD's...

The 3.2 patch will install all the small patches, yes. If it's telling you to download one, it's the right one.
