You have to check the Z of their location:
Trigger:
  • Set TempPoint = (Position of (Triggering Unit))
    • Custom script: set udg_RealZ = GetLocationZ(udg_TempPoint)
    • Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_TempPoint)

Basically, replace "udg_RealZ" with the name of a type-real variable. TempPoint will be the name of whatever your location variable is.

Also, you'll have to add their current flying height.

However, if their movement type is Fly, they will gradually change altitude near cliffs, over trees and buildings, and be lowered by Web and Ensnare, and those height changes won't be reflected in the flying height.
