I use the Gimp and Warcraft III Image Viewer, which are both free downloads from the Useful Tools section in the main WE Help forum.
Where did I learn? Um... I'm learning right now, heh. But I do drawing and painting and all that jazz.

Hey following my previous request on the previous thread -

• The following icons are 'cartoonish' and 'comic-like'
• A rocket, much like Cluster Rockets except its facing the other way.
• A machine-gun
• A pistol
• A time-bomb
• A grenade
• A spell gun
• Something else you like here

All the icons you can customizable it as much as you want, where it faces, how big it is, etc.

But the spell gun must be the same as machine-gun except the spell gun has the opposite facing as the machine-gun and it has a slight tint of red, blue and green.

Also, can I have passive icons for everything?
I have a lot of requests, so you could take your time and do mine.

Which spell immunity? The dryad skin, or the dark star?

Could you make Amulet of Spell Shield, but the yellow part a light blue, and also a bigger glow around it.

It's all yellow, so should I make it all light blue?
Well, there's a long list, and I'm very busy today doing stuff, but I got a good 2 hours or so to get to work.

Actually not all, Once i tried to make a model, i recolored it, and then it just went black, cuz it hadnt any team colors, i think, it was cuz of that!

What exactly is picture wars? I checked it out and understand the basic concept, but I'm not sure exactly how the game is played out... if it's just based off imagination.. well to put it bluntly I couldn't imagine losing

Do you want me to make you an army for it or something?

And a small edit: Mind making the Life drain like the real blood drain icon just change the green to the red?
Nothing else...i have no idea how to do it, tried it in paint and failed miserably
