Stay-on-tab in english. It's called flärp in swedish. have no idea what it's called in finnish.

The Finnish Wikipedia's Tölkki article calls it "prinipomi" and the MOT Englanti dictionary calls it "(juomatölkin) repäisyrengas". Kielitoimisto's dictionary doesn't recognize either of these words. I think the one suggested by MOT Englanti is rather understandable, though.

The prinipomi thing is different, you use it to rip the top off. And repäisyrengas doesn't sound like the correct thing either.
