Adding delay before attack

How do I add a delay to an attack that is about to happen for the first time? (My tanks are able to shoot before their siege morph completes.)

I've tried changing Backswing and Random Delay Max/Min to no avail.

Ah, that's even better.
Gives a delay between the tank's attack and the actual impact. Kind of like an invisible bullet.
