Wondering if its possible to add armor or attack types? like frost armor or frost attack

The number of attack and armor types is fixed but you can use the gameplay constants + the game interface data to change the existent ones.

Make an event and condition depending on how you're setting your game up. I would have made some for you, but I lacked information.

If you go to "Actions" on the trigger, you should see under units "add ability," simply select the ability from the chart or create one yourself with a variable and adjust it with another trigger.

Unit - Add YourAbility to (Triggering unit)


As for armor..

Unit - Order YourUnit to research YourUpgrade

You can adjust upgrades through the unit editor and set it as a variable to use to upgrade armor.
