The text is pretty good, but I believe that's a logo render that you've used.
The rest is just a mess. It has nothing to do with CoD4 (usually you see a soldier or a tank or a bombed city or something, next to the CoD-logo). This looks more like a lasershow gone wrong.

agreed this sig doesn't really tell much.

Looks cool, but very chaotic. It bugs me a little that the "e" on the end of warfare is not really readable.

Sweet, I like it.

Anyways, there are some things I would change. The background is kind of plain, and I know this is hard but try to find a balance between the first and the second picture and viola you have a sweet background.

Next up, this is just a matter of taste, but I would consider moving the "Modern Warfare" part to the center bottom and maybe make it slightly bigger. It could be cool, idk

However, those sig's are sweet. Great job, mate.

First one is too blurry, and just looks a mess.

The second one is better, but that drop shadow literally destroys the little depth which that sig originally had.
