Controlling the tank turrent?

I am trying to make the siege tank(tank mode) gun turret move at the press of a button.

I figured out the button press event.
I just do not know how to tell the gun turret of the tank to rotate.

Anyone know how to rotate the turret on the tank?

is it an animation, behavior, or property?

I am guessing it is a unit trigger.

The turret on the tank will move to face targeted unit and body will stay put.

I am in the data editor and I found the siege tank turret. object info.

I guess it is called a fidget?

The turret is attached to the tank. The turret and tank are 2 separate objects.

How do I modify the turret properties with actions?

Could it be in actors?

I can control the facing angle of the tank body but can not control the turret at all.
