Cooldown reset on a single spell?

Is it possible for the cooldown of 1 spell to be reset or in any way reduced without resetting them all through the trigger action?

Just remove and add the ability again using trigger.

Does that work? My last experience with that made the character freeze. May have been another bugs fault. Will test it.

It'd work. I don't remember any freezing problems faced when using it.

I used it in a very old concept of a Hero, whose skills would work like Lee Sin's in League of Legends. You know, he would use a spell, and be able to follow up with another one in the same slot.

So whenever he used a spell, he froze.
May be something else at fault, I should just have used Disable/Enable ability for that matter, but that's a completely different subject.
