nope but lets say you make an uppgrade with 100 Levels then on 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 you set unable attack. and on 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 you enable attack again then you just lvl it up when your unit enters and leaves.

Well obviously, genius, but that's very inefficient and unsafe. Might as well use the already suggested methods.

DiFms method would drastically increase loading time. There's also a chance that it'd stop working (After 100 levels). =|

I have a simple solution if the units don't have spell immunity. Make a dummy unit and give it Silence. Make the AoE 50, and change it so that only attacks are disabled and give it a 0 second cooldown and mana cost, and a 99999 second duration. When a unit enters a region, have that dummy unit cast Silence on them, then, when they leave that region, remove the buff Silence from them and they should be able to attack again.
