Default Magic Defense and Miss Chance

Might have been asked a lot before, but i saw no relevant results within the search function.
How to remove the base magic resistance of the heroes and the base miss chance from the units in general? I want to have full control of those two factors; can i?
Please do not answer, unless you do know the answer. +rep to helpful answer(s).

Gameplay Constants -> somewhere around Hero Armor, change the damage factor from spells by setting it to 1.00

Gameplay Constants -> Chance to miss for higher ground (or something like that), set it to 0.00
