Is it possible to have like a grass on one side, then a dessert then a city and such?

Yeah. Just go into Advanced, and click the Modify Tileset option. You need to check the custom tileset box. Also, there is a limit as to how many tiles you can have. If someone knows how to remove that limit, it would be great to know
