Does TriggerClearActions() work?

And if it doesn't what to use instead? Make a new trigger every time I want new actions and not the old ones?

No It doesn't work. You have to destroy trigger action manually by attaching them to something.

Unless I'm mistaken, TriggerClearActions() clears the actions from a trigger, but it doesn't destroy the actions. TriggerClearConditions() both clears and destroys the conditions. Which means TriggerClearActions() leaks and TriggerClearConditions() doesn't. Hence, the use of hijacked conditions in dynamic trigger systems.
