How Do I make a doodad have an animation req?

Cause I need a scout tower as a doodad.. Not a cannon tower..

Animation - Play the <Watever> animation for all doodads of type <your doodad here> within (Playable map area)

What are you talking about - animation req? It's too broad a subject...Narrow it down so we can help you. What do you want to do?

A non player scout tower? Use Neutral Passive / Hostile.
A tower on its side? Make a custom doodad and change the model to the scout tower.
etc..

Yes, I changed the model to a scout tower but it comes out as a cannon tower.

Make sure you have the correct model then, because the two are completly different.

Scout, cannon, guard and arcane tower all use the same model. You can specify the sort of tower you want by putting data into the Art - Required Animation Names.

To OP:

Use a trigger to play the animations for the scout tower doodads.
