Easy Trigger doesnt work

Hmm i just discovered an problem of WE...

im doing a simple trigger like

Untitled Trigger 001
    Events
        Unit - A unit Finishes casting an ability
    Conditions
        Ability = Storm Bolt
    Actions
        Unit - Move (Triggering unit) instantly to (Position of (Target unit of ability being cast)), facing (Facing of (Target unit of ability being cast)) degrees

and just nothing happens
i think its because of the event (with starts the effect it works but then there is no cooldown for the spell used)

Use "A unit Starts the effect of an ability" instead

Conditions
Ability = Storm Bolt

And this looks strange, shouldnt it be (Ability being cast) equal to Storm Bolt?

i tried it already but it doesnt trigger the cooldown

Using "finishes casting an ability" means there is no more target and no more triggering unit or no more anything. its done use "Starts an effect of an ability" instead

Only the targets are gone at that time.

Use "starts the effect of".
Add a wait 0.0 seconds before moving the unit.
Though that opens up problems with the target unit making it past the wait...

Only the targets are gone at that time.

Though that opens up problems with the target unit making it past the wait...

A 0 secound wait or even a 1 secound wait should not hurt the target unit or casting unit, at least it never has in any of the triggers I have made, they usely startloseing that type of data at 3 sec waits.
