sry about the language its really frustrating; the picture was 1024•768 and photobucket made it smaller, god knows why; all it was was some water that stayed in the air after i lowered the land around it. i fixed it by recreating the water like u normally do, and then removing it. (i fixed it already, thanks tho)

Press F3 to open Terrain Editor.

1) Try to paint over the water with a ground texture. If that doesn't work...
2) Try to first increase the surrounding level on the same high and after that try to lower it.
3) Test what happens if you try "height" tool.
4) Try also doodad and unit editors to select the water.

In the end, no... I guess I have not seen that. How did you do it? :)

Out of curiousity, if you can recreate the problem, try fiddling with the 'Enforce Water Height Limits' option under the Advanced menu.

I've seen things like this before, its actully a "tactic" for makeing good looking lakes though i forgot where the tutorial is, I don't know much more about but I'll try and find the tutorial.
