July is currently busy getting better at Terran in SC2.
With any luck, we'll see him in GSL 2 (or 3).


As for legends... FruitDealer wrote history today.
First GSL winner ever.
First Zerg GSL winner ever.
Winning with a race that just can't win.
Undefeated on Kulas Ravine, a heavily Terran-favored map.

Even if we never again hear anything from him, these things will remain in the books.
That's legend enough for me



Blizzard on the other hand will remember him for the guy that couldn't be.
Buffing Zerg because they are weak? Under-powered? Can't win? Lose to Terran and Protoss "balls" easily?
The bane of every Zerg player early on is, basically, every Terran unit?
In short, an interesting balance challenge.
But, well, of course, just because one Zerg pulled off the impossible doesn't mean there's no problem.

Him winning is certainly going to help Zerg though.
More people will finally start playing them.
In the long run that means people will also figure out more things that work and even more that clearly don't.
Which, in turn, helps detecting balance problems.

Yep, he words is how it supposed to be. Zerg do lack tools to fight their enemies, since bling+muta seems to be only viable strategy, rly.
