Gaining movespeed and/or attack speed when breaking invis?

Well im making this spell.

The hero has the ability to turn invisible at night, and when she breaks invisbility, she will gain both additional attack speed, and additional movespeed.

I got the trigger set up for the events and conditions, however i cant find the action to give a unit extra attack speed and move speed.

Is there an action?

Give them an item with the ability Item Attack Speed Bonus and Item Move Speed Bonus.

that doesnt help becuase the heros inventory may b full.

Then just give them the ability instead.
Place the ability in a spellbook, and disable the spellbook.

nvm ill just make a dummy cast bloodlust on the caster.

What about casting Bloodlust? Or Cripple? Give them 0 seconds duration. They'll last forever.
