This action is only related to the game cache object (the one you use in campaigns to transfer heroes between maps among other things) and has nothing to do with anything else. You use it to remove all data that you have stored in a game cache. You can't remove leaks that are created by not destroying other kinds of objects (points, groups, forces, ect) with it.
