Help with pregame image?

Hi,

I've attached my pregame image to this post.

If it's not too much to ask, could someone put it in the right format so that I can import it into World Editor?

I've resized it to be 128x128, but I've left the full range of color. When you downsample it and change the format, please make the filesize as small as possible. It's more important to me that the map download quickly than that the pregame image be pretty.
