Hero default active ability

I want my hero to have (1) spell from the very beginning, without having to take it as talent. I thought this was default active ability, but it doesn't seem like it, so how do I do that?

At map initialization , you could add the ability to the unit.

So it seems he's started with it .

if the hero is in the map already u just click on him go to ability tab and chose the level, if the hero is not in the map u use unit - add ability, and then hero - learn 'ability'
