How to give Locust to a hero?

Hi!

I found some kind of answer to this question. They said that you could use :

• Custom script: call UnitAddAbility(GetEnumUnit(), 'Aloc')

Where enum i think is the same as Picked, is it?
But it doesn't work. So first of all...is GetEnumUnit = Picked Unit?
And if it is, what is wrong? Is this the way to give a hero Locust?

I believe you'll get more help if you put this in the JASS section.. But EGUI also has a function that gives units locust. Yeah, pretty sure they made it that way using JASS lines too.

Lol just add the unit ability Locust to your hero. And yes GetEnumUnit() is the picked unit.

There's a reason why he posted such a simple thing. Posted that he got an answer... He doesn't seem to understand JASS well, and for others to give him such an advanced answer obviously means it's not possible by GUI triggers. Try adding locust to a unit and you won't be able to find it in the drop down list.

Yes. GetEnumUnit() = (Picked Unit.)
Just replace it with ..whatever unit your hero is.

It could be (Triggering unit) = GetTriggerUnit()
It could be a variable, Ie: Hero[1] = udg_Hero[1]
etc.
