How to import a skin to Starcraft 2

Hi.
Can somone hep me?

I whant to import a skin (not a new model) to Starcraft 2 editor but I don't know how.

I used MPQ Editor to extract nova_normal dds and I change the colors in Photoshop and save it in dds. So far so good.

But what I do next? I look in on frum and they saind the in the import mrnu I need to Check The Assets but I don't know how to Check The Assets.

Also I understand I need so program to enter the m3 file (by the way I didn't find Nova m3) so I download bleender and 3dx But I steel don't know how to import it.

So shortly can somone explain and guide me how to to import a skin to Starcraft 2 please?
