I need help organising 2 teams with 10 players

Hey all, I was wondering how I could make my map game screen have two preset teams (team 1 and team 2) with 5 players and 1 computer on each team, pretty much like the dota game screen. I was also wondering how to make the races unable to be changed in the game screen so users can only be one race. Any help is much appreciated and I'll be sure to add some rep to anyone who replies with a solution.

You can do this under the game info option in the drop down menu, click on the forces tab

Enabling 'Fixed Player Settings' in Scenario > Force Properties should do this. Many non-melee maps do this including DotA.
