Is there an Orb of Annihilation icon without the auto-cast border?

Anywhere inside the WE boundaries that is.

No, there isn't. If you seen it with in a map without autocast, then it is a import.

there is one, but it is hidden
try removing the "On" or "Off" from the icon path, lets say

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNOrbAnnihilationOn.blp
or
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNOrbAnnihilationOff.blp
then u need to remove the On or Off from that icon, then the normal icon will appear, like this
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNOrbAnnihilation.blp
