My friend and I weren't sure whether this article was satirical or simply a direct attack on congressman. What do you guys think? I have to write a report an a satirical article on Time or The New York Times newspaper!

I dont know since i am from europe and cannot have an own opinion on subjects i never heard of but it sounds pretty good and rather honest then satirical although its pretty rough what he says about them. But maybe they deserve it, i cant know.
