Maximum Mana?

Hey!
I'm trying to increase the maximum mana of a unit via this trigger

Unit - Set mana of (Casting unit) to ((Max mana of (Casting unit)) + 15.00)

But that doesnt seem to work!? Any suggestions

instead of casting unit you can use Triggering unit...

also... try this:

[ljass]Unit - Set mana of (Triggering unit) to (((Current mana of (Triggering unit)) + 15.00[/ljass]


Well now i see what you want... but i think you can just do it with [ljass]Inteligence[/ljass] stats.. by adding some..

The "Unit - Set mana of (Triggering unit) to (((Current mana of (Triggering unit)) + 15.00" Will increase his current mana by 15, not his max mana. (Plus, you can't increase max mana solely by triggers)

Adding intelligence won't work, as he said "unit" instead of "hero", and I think he doesn't want to have anything seeing it.

I think the only way to increase max mana is to use the 'Item Mana Bonus' ability.

Uhmm I tried triggering unit nothing different, and my unit isn't a hero, so I can't add intelligence points. =S

Trigger it so that it gives it a adds an inventory, gives it a tome that increases mana by 15 then remove inventory.

This make difference... but the 'effect' is the same...

ya... but nothing which can CHANGE max mana... i think...

There is no trigger to change max mana, no, but you can give a unit tomes that increases/decreases max mana to your liking

There are item abilities which increase/decrease max mana. That's how unit-property systems usually do it, too.

You can set the values to negative.
