Multiboard with clickable buttons

I played a RPG map once, where u had this stats screen, like in Diablo II bu combined. U had a multiboard that took the whole sereen when opened. U had ur Strength, Dexterity, Inteligence and stuff, ur abilities u have learned and those who u had not yet. All of that had a little "+" icon that when clicked upgraded the respective attribute/ability.
How do u make a multiboard with clickable buttons?

I think that would be the thing (or something similar, from your description).

It's made in JASS though.

Oh, Fiddlesticks! Thats just what I had in mind, but I refuse to use JASS untill I start understanding what it says! 10x for the help though
