Yes it is.

I represent the Adobe Company and those images break the Terms of Agreement. As said on Line 43, Word 6, you cannot make a piece of crap using Adobe Photoshop. If you break the Terms of Agreement we are able to sue for an amount of 256, 789 times the amount of pixels in the image breaking the Terms.

Thanks to W/E for the tipoff. Also, Orc_Tamer you have been spreading "Cracks" for Adobe products and that too breaks the terms of agreement. Yet again, thanks to W/E for the tip.

We will take legal action tomorrow, as right now I am tired and want some hot chocolate. Have a good night.

Err... I own my own copy of photoshop... telling people where to get the crack is not violating the terms. The person who downloads and uses the crack is violating the terms.
