Question 1) How can I select the height of a lightning effect?

The Pandaren Storm Master creates a link between himself and his current location and then throws himself in the target point dealing 50 damage to enemies. After 4 seconds the pandaren and up to 3 nearby enemies are dragged back to the starting point and receives up to 90 damage based on distance.
I want the pandaren to play that animation that makes him roll when he throws himself and returns

You just need to make a dummy ability that uses the following projectile:

Units\Creeps\StormPandarenBrewmaster\StormPandarenBrewmaster_Missile.mdl
