need help with War3ModelEditor

Ok I have just downloaded War3ModelEditor a couple days ago
I saw that you could open units like http://magos.thejefffiles.com/War3ModelEditor/Screenshot7.png this one and I looked though and there was no interaction of how to find these units so the could be modified if it is even possible so my question is how do I open units from WCF3 using War3ModelEditor

i know how, but my modeleditor doesnt work, so i cant quite tell you exactly.

but it is Windows> mpq something> open mpq> war3.mpq

it opens a list, and you double click the model or picture you want.

btw, i dont think this should be in graphics zone...

thanks rep+ and i put it under grapics because it was modeling.
