Need one opinion (spell)

The next hero for my AOS is the Pandaren Storm Master.
He is 80% complete, but I just can't decide which lesser ultimate I should use...
Could you read his 4 spells and vote for the 5th?

basic:
Storm Orbs: Passive
Every time the storm master casts an ability he receives 1 storm orb. Each orb increases his attack speed by 15% and movement speed by 2%. The storm master has 20% chance on each attack to lose one orb, dealing 25 area damage and 50% slow during 1 second. (maximum of 5 orbs)
basic:
Current: target enemy
The pandaren becomes an electrical beeing and throws himself against the target dealing 50 damage, he will counstantly bounce from one enemy to the closest one dealing 25 bonus damage per bounce until all nearby enemies has received one hit. (maximum damage is 175)
basic:
Telekenesys: target enemy
Creates a strong electrical link between storm master and the target, paralizing it. The storm master can freely move the target to the direction he wants (up to 250 units per second). Lasts 3 seconds. Link breakes if distance becomes creater than 600.
small note: when you cast the spell, the target is stunned for 3 seconds, the pandaren, then, gains a dummy spell that allows him to target point, when he target a point, the target is moved to that direction.
lesser ultimate

Static camp: active with no target.
Creates an electric camp in front of the storm master, the camp starts with 100 AOE and grows by 75AOE every second. After 10 second, or when the pandaren decides to do it, the camp will collapse to the origin, pushing all enemies inside the camp to it's center, an dealing 75 - 200 damage based on the size of the camp. (maximum size is reached after 5 seconds)


IDEAS FOR LESER ULTIMATE
target area:
The storm master creates a link between himself and his current location, and then, throws himself to the center of targeted area. On impact, If there is any enemy, the link is removed from storm master and sticks to that enemy. After 4 seconds, The unit with the link stick to it, will be pushed back to the origin (which is the point where the storm spirit were, when he cast the ability), If the target is an enemy he takes 25 - 100 damage based on distance.
Target point:
The storm master creates a link between himself and his current location, and then, throws himself to the center of targeted point. After 4 seconds, the storm master and up to 2 nearby enemies are pushed back to the origin of the link. Enemies takes 25 - 100 damage based on distance.
active with no target:
The storm master creates a link between himself and his current location. He can touch an ally or enemy at meele range to pass the link to that unit (pass the link is a dummy skill with 100 cast range, can only be used once per cast). After 5 seconds the unit with the link (this unit is the storm master if he dont pass the link away) is pushed to the origin point. Enemies takes 25 - 100 damage based on distance.
active with no target:
The storm master creates a link between himself and his current location. after 5 seconds, the storm master and all nearby enemies are pushed back to the origin point. Enemies takes 25 - 100 damage based on distance.
Just decide which is the best option for lesser ultimate, please.

Did you like the hero thematic, spells, synergy and coolness?

Third ultimate imo, because the others resemble the normal abilties a tiny bit too much or just seem boring (no offense).

I like that one the most. It's the most origonal and the one that needs most aim, timing and has just a little bit of random chance.. which I like. <,<

If you have a better name idea, just say.

telekenesys is really USEFULL, here are some uses:
- the hero has small strength, which means you can hold him for 3 seconds and attack a lot during this time with your increased attack speed due to storm orb.
- you can use this to bring a running enemy close to you and then pass the link to him.:D
- If the ultimate is not fully charged, you can hold the enemy and put him in the center of the static camp, giving it more time to expand.
- you can use telekinesys to put the enemy in a far spot, so, he will be hit by current last, and, will take more damage.
