Is this possible whitout store all regions in variabels?

Yes, it is possible.
Just set all regions to a variable, then compare the distance between each point.

EDIT: I misunderstood the first time I read. I'm sure you can do it without variables as well, but that would make a lot more mess in your code.

Nope.

The game would have no way of referencing them unless you had a variable for them, or created them right when you needed the referencing.
