So, lets say I have an item I want to sell and I have a spell called "Sell Item". I use the spell to select my item (either outside inventory or inside). Then my item is removed and then is sold for the correct price.

Help would be wonderful =D

Remove item from hero, and add to player half the amount of gold the item is worth.

Yeah, thats what I thought...
But, there is no trigger that "add price of item / 2 gold to Owner of (casting unit)"

If you know there is one, please show me where.

Unfortunately Blizzard got lazy in this department, but there a few workarounds. One possible workaround is when a unit picks up an item, use a trigger to check which item it is, then set its "Custom Value" to the appropriate number. (This is a manual process you'll just have to deal with) Then later refer to the items custom value for your selling trigger.

EVENT: When Unit Acquires an Item:

ACTIONS:
If item being manipulated is a Sobi Mask
--Set Custom Value of <Item Being Manipulated> to 350
If item being manipulated is a Broadsword
--Set Custom Value of <Item Being Manipulated> to 1000
If item being manipulated is a Ring of Protection
--Set Custom Value of <Item Being Manipulated> to 200

and so on. It's a tedious process but I'm not aware of any better solutions.
