JASS:
native SetUnitScale takes unit whichUnit, real scaleX, real scaleY, real scaleZ returns nothing

This takes 4 parameters. A unit, an X-axis scale, an Y-axis scale and a Z-axis scale. however, when I do stuff such as :

JASS:
call SetUnitScale(u,1.,1.,3.)

The unit will be scaled to [ljass]1.[/ljass] on every axis, even though I want it to grow bigger only on the Z axis (making it taller). Is there any way whatsoever to change a unit's scaling on only one axis without modelling?

But but but my units are horizontal, and and and my tentacle models are somewhat-curved, so I can't get them one after the other without it looking bad... >>D:

It's a Blizzard model, in war3x.mpq. It is the Forgotten One's tentacle from the campaign.
