Starcraft lag

i have a few computers but this 1 wont stop laggin in starcraft, the specs are 800Mhz AMD duron, 1.2gb pc133 sd ram, 1.5Mb/s internet,wireless network connection is 54 mbps, 40 gb hdd, XP home edition SP3, ASUS DRW-1814bl cdrw n dvd rw lightscribe drive, Benq 52x Cd rom. And Every time I go to join a game they are always high latency, why is that??????????

Most likely the wireless connection is either losing packets or not a good enough signal. If you have the option to use wired connection, always do so for gaming. For regular internet use it's not a big deal.

Wireless seems like most of the time you cant get a stable connection, that could be why you lag on it. Also have you checked your performance on task manager? if your using up most of your physical memory that can slow things for you.
