I'm trying to make a doodad that looks like a stone gargoyle, but it shows up as a normal gargoyle and ordering them to play Stand Alternate doesnt seem to work, anyone have an idea?

You could make a dummy unit. Just spawn a Gargoyle, pause it, and then order it to cast Stone Form.

add locust to the unit so u dont see hp bar and its unselectable
