[Suggestion] Sticky this thread in General Discussion

Target of the thread: Cool Pic Thread
Reason:

I think of these:

1. TheHelper is constantly posting great pictures in that thread. But, sometimes it would just drop down to the bottom of the page.
2. It's a good way to let others know that the Cool Pic Thread is there for everyone to see.

So, if anyone have any comments, feel free to say so.

If TH is the one taking care of it, then TH can decide whether he wants it a sticky or not.

No, and I might unstick the funny pic thread in the Humor Forum.

These threads are being bumped multiple times daily by my posts and don't need to be stickied unless I stop posting daily in them.

Stickied threads get ignored a lot. Some people usually just ignore it when they see the "Please read/Sticky" part because they think its rules or something. Topics right under the sticky are much more noticeable so yeah..

Who knows though - I might change my mind and sticky it. It is something I have been watching and deciding on for a while. That is why one is sticked and the other is not. Thanks for the suggestion though. It is currently being looked into.
