not bad, but (and no offence) you need a lot of work, the body doesn't look "equal" the legs are short, the torso is weird, the arms are different lengths as well, at least that's oh wit looks to me, sorry if i'm being too critcal

You mean porportionate?

The symetry is a bit off on the arm lengths but other than that just work on more details.

Yea, the legs aren't porporshinablababawhonow? What Whitesock said.

The ribcage looks a little strange as well. And his feet and hand is weird as well.

Also, the left muscle isn't porporshinablababa w/e to the right one, and so is the length.

A man with ribs like that wouldn't be that fat at his wrist.

His hand is very small as well.

Might want to fix some of those stuff.

They are not in proportion, it's not proportional, etc, etc, etc, etc.

And, uhm, why is he holding his shield by the feet and his spear by the arrow head?

Dude its not bad, but dont just color in the places you dont want to put detail in =P And if those are shadings I recommend you work on them a bit cos thats one shaaaaaady fella' then, but hey man we all start SOMEwhere dont we =) Keep drawing keep sketching, who knows, you may be the next sketcha king!
