Name: Blind ( I'm horrible at names )
Type: Area of Effect Target
Targets: Any Enemy units.
Description: Releases a very dark shroud onto the targeted area, blinding all enemy units in it for 7 seconds. All blinded units have friendly fire.
Extra: When you target an area, an "eye" is made as a mark of blindness. Also, all blinded units will have black fade filters on thier screens for the duration.

WolfieNoCT, I thought you haven't seen this thread before. It's Scientific's spell idea thread. No offense but this was posted first. Yes I and scientific know that this thread hasn't been updated, but, only since May 12. Not meant as a issue, but we will continue to update and bump that thread, I mainly post my ideas there. I hope that's fine with you.:thup:

As for me, I will give out spell ideas here as well:

Lifespike (Active, Target Point)
Conjures a long, massive spike in front of the Hero. The spike's energy drains the hit points of all units that are impaled, and transfers it to the Hero. The spike lasts X seconds.

Targets: Enemy Units

Demigravitational Field (Active, Target Unit)
Creates a gravity field inside the target unit that also affects nearby enemy units. This gravity field eventually manifests into a dark, translucent sphere that shrinks the enemy units inside. The target unit shrinks into the smallest size, and the neighboring enemies just get shrinked into half. After a few seconds, the gravity field dissipates, and the enemy units revert back to their normal scaling size, but 1/2 of the target unit's HP will be ripped off, as well as 1/4 HP to the other units.

Targets: Enemy Units

Glacial Spout (Active, Target Point)
Creates a depression around the target point that serves as an exiting point for a multitude of ice bolts that erupt from the depression, and eventually rise up to the air. When those ice bolts drop, they will explode into shards of ice, damaging and freezing the unwary adversary.

Targets: Allies and Enemies, Unit, Destructible and Structure.

Extra: Hey, is this another type of Volcano spell? Actually, the function is similar, but this one just creates a deep basin/depression, not a Volcano doodad, and atleast the projectiles function in a different manner, by slowing enemies down instead of stunning them. You'd have to code this through GUI/JASS.

Roar of the Lion (Active, No Target, AoE)
The Hero shouts out a roaring howl that gives honor, bravery and courage to those who are pure of heart, and agony, pain and punishment to those of the opposition. Gives nearby allies in a 500 AoE radius 40% attack damage, 25% attack speed and +10 armor. Deals 225 damage and reduces 50% movement speed and 30% attack speed to enemies.

Targets: Allies, Enemies, Units.

Bond of Flame (Active, Target Unit)
Enchants a target allied unit with the flowing harmony but regressive power of the flames, adding +23 AoE Fire Damage and a ranged attack against air units. The flames also protect him, giving the unit +8 armor and +45% HP regeneration. However, both the caster and the target's HP are tied together, so if the caster takes damage, then the target will also receive the same amount of damage, and vice versa. Lasts X seconds.

Targets: Allied Units.

Name: Blitz [Random name, don't even know if it represents skill]
Type: Instant
Targets: Ground
Description: Blinks to a targeted spot, stunning and damaging all opponents in a 350 AoE.
Damage: 50/100/150 [Damage = (50*level of skill)]
Stun Duration: 1/1.5/2 [Can be increased/decreased]
Cooldown: 20/15/10 seconds [I'm thinking in DotA terms/timing]
Range: 300/400/500 [Can be increased/decreased, can also be changed to a constant range.]
Name: Malicious Link
Type: Target
Targets: Enemy
Description: Creates a destructive link between yourself and a target enemy. For every point of damage you take, your enemy takes Xx that damage. If you die while the link is active, your linked enemy takes X pure damage. If your enemy dies while linked to you, your life is replenished for X% his total HP.
Damage Multiplier: 1.25/1.75/2.25/2.75 [Damage = (0.75 + (0.5*level of skill)]
Damage If You Die: 125/200/275/350 [Damage = (50 + (75*level of skill)]
Life % If Enemy Dies: 25/40/55/70%
Duration Of Link: 15 seconds
Cooldown: 45 seconds

Name: Athlete's Foot
Type: Target / Instant
Targets: Enemy, Ally
Description: Target units movement speed is decreased by X%, however, the burning of Athlete's Foot causes the unit to become furious, increasing it's damage by X, and attack speed by X%.
MS Decrease: 5/9/13/17%
Damage: 15/25/35/45
AS Increase: 8/12/16/20%
Duration: 3/5/7/9 seconds
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14

Name: Injection
Type: Instant
Targets: Self
Description: Injection causes pain, dealing X% of your damage to yourself. After this fit of pain, your damage is increased by X%, attack speed by X%, and armor by X for X seconds.
Damage To Self: 25/20/15/10%
Damage Increase: 20/35/50/65%
AS Increase: 10/20/30/40%
Armor: 3/7/11/15
Duration: 4/6/8/10 seconds
Cooldown: 25/23/21/19 seconds

Name: Voodoo shrink
Type: Target
Targets: Allied, Enemy
Description: Puts a voodoo curse upon target unit making it extremely small, hard to see, gaining 90% evasion, but takes 100% more damage. The unit can also pass trough tight places (reduced collision). However, the unit has reduced movement speed, damage and sight range.
Duration: 10/13/16 seconds
Cooldown: 20 seconds

the trick of this spell is that not only the unit will be hard to see, but also hard to select by the enemy player

Name: Frosted Fiery
Type: Target
Targets: Enemy
Description: Throws a frosted bottle at a target, freezing them in place for X seconds. Once the ice is broken, they are engulfed in flames which deal X damage per second for 5 seconds. If the enemy touches an ally of his while engulfed, he starts a flame on them which deals 1/2 the original flames damage.
Freeze Duration: 1/2/3/4 seconds
Damage Per Second: 10/20/30/40
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Name: Forceful Strike [Horrible name IMO, lol]
Type: Passive
Targets: Enemy
Description: On certain attacks, the hero can strike with such force that his attack will be felt by all enemies behind the struck unit. Enemies hit by this force are slowed by X% for X seconds, damaged for an additional X damage, and heal you for (X*number of enemies hit).
MS/AS Decreased: 5/8/11/14%
Damage: 5/10/15/20
Heal: ((4/6/8/10)*number of enemies hit)
Splash Range: 500
Cooldown: Every 12/10/8/6 attacks

Name: Devine Power

Description: The caster bonds himself with another unit and calls down the ripper, who starts to devour both souls. It deals 160 dmg per second to the target, half the dmg on the caster(80) and 1 forth to his mana(40). Spell can be stopped from the caster. It automaticly stops if 1 one of the 3 pools gets empty
Cooldown 100 seconds. mana cost: none.

Dark Shroud drain's small amount's of mana every half a second. Last's until hero have's no mana. While in Dark Shroud all damage hero deals to other target's is halfed.

Name: Dragon Tongue
Type: 1 target pursue spell
Targets: Heroes
Description: Target enemy will get ensnared (Aeriel Shackles) and tossed up and around on the other side of the casting hero, dealing damage the greater the range is. Example: Casting hero uses spell on target hero. Distance: 727, Angle: 98.
The enemy gets tossed to: Distance 727, Angle 278.
Damage = 727 / 2 = 318.5.
Extra 1: Range: 400/600/800.
Extra 2: Damage: Range / 4/3/2.

Name: Rocket Turret
Type: Summon.
Targets: Enemy*
Description: Summons a rocket turret infront of the caster. The rocket turret will shoot a rocket at the enemy every second, stunning him for 0.1 seconds and dealing small damage.

Casting Special: Targets an enemy. When spell is casted, the turret appears in front of the caster. The turret will only focus its targeted enemy, and if the enemy gets out of range the turret will stop, but begin again if the enemy gets near it again.

Name: Death before Dishonor
Type: Activatable/Deactivatable
Targets: N/A
Description: When activated, it causes the Warrior to place death before dishonor, thus risk his life to save nearby allies who are dying. Once the health of an ally in a 1200 radius drops below 10%, the Warrior instantly teleports towards this ally and takes the damage in this allies stead for a few seconds. While active, the Warrior also takes less total damage. Cannot remain active when the Warriors health drops below 20%.

Targets: All in 1200 AoE.
Description: A whole scene around the caster will get recorded. After x seconds, everybody effected will get teleported back to their starting position and get controled to do everything they did before, so the hero can evade.
Extra: X = 5/6/7/8 seconds.

Name: Spirits of Protection.
Type: Defensive
Targets: All enemys in an AoE.
Description: While active (Mana costing) a spirit will apear beside everybody in an AoE. The Spirits will appear just in the way from the enemy to the hero, so it blocks the way. The spirits will keep moving, so it blocks for the enemy.
Spirits will apear when enemys enters the AoE, and disapear when they leave.
Extra 1: AoE: 500/600/700/800.
