Tool tip question

the title explains it but i can't figure out why this tool tip

|c00ffffffSelect|r |c000000ffWater's Oasis|r as your element. |c00ffffffThis element bests |c00ff0000fire.|r While bested by |c0000ff40nature|r

does not work..

i also have a question on how some tool tips have lines after lines like this:
hi
hi i
hi i love
hi i love lots
hi i love lots of lines in my tool tips o.o

which color is which?

the first one is supposed to be blue the second red the third green

i did it all in wc3 colorizer..so i dunno why its not working

I don't know why, but for me the syntax is

|cc[color code]c [Text here] |r

so..

|cc000000cHello|r

the colour code is in hex ^^

ive always known it as

|c00[Hex Code][Text]|r

Although i know that wc3 yellow text is:
|cffcc0000 |r

Not at all, read the basic tuts about colors in tooltips and you'll understand. Also theres tools that colorize your text.
