Turns off, doesnt turn on

As stated above, the triggers turn off fine, but turning back on is the problem. Ive attached the triggers...I personally cant find anything that would stop it from working, but then again I have a lot to learn..

    Events
        Time - Every 2.00 seconds of game time
    Conditions
        (Player 1 (Red) slot status) Equal to Is playing
    Actions
        Unit - Create 1 Ghoul for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of Red Spawn <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees

        Trigger - Turn off Red Spawn <gen>

Anyone know what the problem is here with the trigger turning back on? I've been screwing with it for an hour and can't figure it out. Thanks in advance for help...(prolly will respond tonight, but if not, tomorrow)

try excluding dead units in your unit count, since they don't get removed right away, and are probably counted together with the living ones
