esb was right. It is Velen of the Eredar.

He was one of there great leaders alongside Archimonde and KIl'jaeden until Sargares came to their world. Sargares pretended to be a good creature and told the three leaders that he needed them to unify the universe in peace. Only Velen saw the trickery of the Dark Titan, and with his followers, abandoned his home world and ran through the galaxy, where they they stopped on the land they now call Draenor. Then they renamed their people, now calling themselves the Draenei.
