how can i make a thick terrain

Hmm.. But I found zoomed in and out and changed the camera position to some crazy angle and I found out it looked like the screenshot you posted!

I don't understand how this terrain looks "thick." You are going to have to explain it in greater detail, because to me there is no outstanding feature about this terrain. Maybe if you circled the "thick" part in MS paint or something..

Also please do not hotlink to wc3c. Upload it here or to an image hosting site.

No, it is the camera bounds. The edge of the map has a darkened tint, but you can see from the texture that the terrain is flat to the edge.

umm... i think that's not 3d, it's the black mask from the camera bounds...
It is not 3d. It's camera bounds.
