Completely Skill Based

Chance is not a factor. Spells and abilities do a set amount of damage and we've removed critical hits and passive avoidance abilites. Spells travel to your point of aim and can be avoided by enemy players, making every ability dependant on individual player skill!

Looks okay. But like HoN, doesn't seem that great of an idea for a game by itself for $30.
The no-mana part makes it sound like another spamming game.

But I like the idea of making it "skilll-based" rather than luck based. So long it's smooth, it should be fun.
The Igniter looks like a beast.

Well...
I won't judge a book by it's cover, but players need to be able customize SOMETHING. I mean, it's all nice and playable, but with fixed roles, you can't counter enemys ( for example, in LoL you can Counter-build Mages by buying some magic resist or Counter-Build dps by buying armor. Thats not the only factor that plays a role, but I guess you get my point ).

So... I dunno, looks to me like some Unreal Tornament game in 3rd Person ( with a set of skills to use )

Since I play LoL, I'll use it as reference:

First of all, you don't always play with your Mates. So, at some point, you will encounter some douche that doesn't go along with what is best for the team, but what he can play best/feels like playing.

Ultimately, any team lineup can have success, if they have the possibility to customize stats.

So given away the cutomization part, you're pretty much hung up on your team's choice of heroes and their skill ( depending on how much you have to cooperate in that game, you may or may not solo all the way ).

Also, all this tribal stuff is pretty cool, IMO =)
But, it's too theme based and the designs are not very versatile.... So, I guess I'd end up playing "LOCO", which is pretty similar to this ( except for the Theme part ), but F2P.

Well, you don't need +10 magic resist since if you're good, you can dodge that fireball.

Yeah, I think this is the closed Beta since I saw something about an "open" beta coming soon.

so, this is another AoS game ? What makes it different form the rest ? (I tried to watch a video, but I didn't find anything different, what-so-ever, exept the no mana part)

I see... wc3 maps into real games......... well I wish good luck to the creators. I encourage games like these although personally I won't get it (SCII addict)

This takes the ideas from WoW Arena, and makes them standalone.

And then does a damn good job of it.

Played it for a bit now. It's pretty cool.
Does take skill. You gotta dodge, hide, use height/sight advantage to win. And have a good team.
The heroes do get repetitive after awhile though. There are 4 different classes (tank, melee, range, healer), and even though there are like, what, ~15 heroes or something, the spell-base is basically variations of the same like 16 spells.

Pretty fun game. Could be improved on with more diversity. Also, it needs more people, heh, there's barely any games in lobby.
