[Contest] Hero Contest

I dont need to give excuses, i simply didnt finished the hero. i started working on it, worked one day straight and finished half the hero in a single rush. and then i never touched it, actually its more or less almost done, its hard to explain, the hero is a little bit special.
however, since i am never gonna finish it i am wishing best luck to all participants.

I've run into a problem - something with local struct arrays and On- methods not working properly.
Anyway, if I don't make it on time, I'll post my hero after the contest in the submission thread.

do you also grade the icons (quality, how it fits the spell's effect, color scheme)?

cause mines are ugly and I'm bored to dig through hiveworkshop

But isn't all such things part of the Synergy? Although I agree it shouldn't be a contest for making/finding costum icons

Synergy is how well the spells work together, not how well the Icons go with the spells. Although, icons make things look better, it is not necessary.

voting is bad because ppl will rate the spells based only on effects and synergy, and not the code
this isn't even a public poll, so we don't know if someone voted for himself xd

I would rather wait Neuro 4-5 weeks to grade all the submissions by himself

I will be using Romeks grading to grade. I will also use public votes. The Public Votes will count as 30% of the grading.

I personally feel voting should be done after the grading. To prevent bias. Then again, it's all good.
